December 1993 : a company specialized in automation systems lays off a part of its staff ; some of these people decide to create OTHUA.
April 1994 : OTHUA starts its activities in premises hired from a company making studies and achieving mechanics in the car industry and becomes its partner for automation.
July 2001 : premises become too small, so OTHUA starts the construction of a brand new building which should suit better to its kind of activity and allow expansion.
July 2002 : moving into the new premises (near POISSY). Z.A. Les Cettons – Rue Panhard-Levassor 78570 CHANTELOUP-LES-VIGNES
November 2004 : in order to respond to the demand of car manufacturers who set up in Eastern Europe, OTHUA S.R.O. was founded in TRNAVA, SLOVAKIA (near Bratislava).
April 2005 : development of activities and creation of a plant in Northern FRANCE in VALENCIENNES.
January 2007 : creation of an unit in LE HAVRE, intended for the region of Normandy.
May 2007 : creation of an unit in BORDEAUX, intended for the region of Aquitaine.
April 2008 : beginning of the construction of a new building in the North
April 2009 : moving into the new premises OTHUA NORD in BRILLON (located between LILLE and VALENCIENNES), (Parc d’activités de Sars et Rosières 4 rue des Neufs Bonniers 59178 BRILLON)
Plan for 2009 : continuing the development of activities abroad and creation of OTHUA S.A. in CASABLANCA, MOROCCO
